Mark joined our firm as a staff accountant in 1997 and was promoted to partner in 2003. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University. Mark is a member of the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Outside of his professional life, he is actively involved in the New Roads Lions Club. Mark enjoys a range of hobbies, including off-roading, golfing, hunting, and bass fishing. He is also an enthusiastic supporter of his LSU Tigers. In his personal life, Mark cherishes spending quality time with his wife, Lora, their four children, and their three grandchildren.

John joined our firm in 2006 as a staff accountant and became a partner in 2013. He graduated in 2006 from Louisiana State University with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. In 2007, he obtained a Bachelors Degree in Finance, also from Louisiana State University. John is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is an active member of the New Roads Lions Club. John loves the outdoors, watching sports, and spending quality time with his wife, Kaylie, and their three children: Adelyn, Katherine, and Cohen.

Brooke has been a valued member of our firm since 2015. She earned her Master’s Degree in Accounting from Louisiana State University in 2013. Brooke is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Louisiana Society of Certified Public Accountants (LCPA). Outside of her professional life, Brooke enjoys a busy family life with her husband, Stephen, and their four children: Caroline, Reid, Matthew, and William. Her personal interests include cooking, reading, entertaining, and spending quality time with her family.

Cayman Cook is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who joined the Major, Morrison, and David team in 2022. He obtained his CPA license in 2021 and holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Accounting and Finance from Nicholls State University. Cayman enjoys spending time with his wife Maci, his son Waylon, and their dog Ollie. In his free time, he likes fishing and watching LSU Football.

Morgan joined the firm in January 2021 as a student intern and has since become a valuable member of our team. She graduated from Louisiana State University in December 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and furthered her expertise by obtaining a Master’s degree in Business Administration from LSU in March 2023. Morgan’s dedication to her profession and her strong academic background make her a key asset to our firm. Her analytical skills and commitment to excellence are evident in every project she undertakes. Outside of work, Morgan enjoys snow skiing, relaxing at the beach, and cherishing time with her family, friends, and fiancé, Joshua.

Katelyn joined the firm in 2022. She graduated from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette with a degree in Accounting in 2019. Known for bringing a fun and lighthearted energy to the team, she fosters a positive and engaging environment at the firm. Outside of work, Katelyn enjoys solving puzzles, taking memorable trips to Disney, and spending quality time with her boyfriend, Dustin, and their son, Bryer. She deeply values her connections with friends and family, which adds a joyful and personable touch to her professional role.
